Do the Russians hate their children?

I asked does the Imigration law care if the policies break families? They said they don't care that what they can't do for all they wouldn't for one, I asked again are there alternatives for helping refugees? They said asylum, but does that give jobs? They say cash rules everything, they say your government should have protected you, they say they should have had a school for your son just as we have for our children, they say your husband should have prepared or relocated regardless of if he has to sustain a business, they said we don't really care and down goes the value of their currency, chop my money thats about all on their minds.
