It is indecent to tell a girl you can have sexual partners and it is insistent to ask a female to have a child yet you wouldn't be present to rear the child. Who are you to make that decision for him or her and then come back and make an accusation when the person decides to move on. It may be ok for a woman to have a child for a Man she loves but it is indecent towards a child to grow without a father.
In Africa we are condoning policies on traditional levels that is considered in the eye of the universe civil rights violation. Circumcision of women, it isn't logical from the stand of natures design how ever environmental factors permits and justifies circumcision of men, as we all know that the average man is nonchalant with his hygiene, hence there was a need to circumcise boys. This is a disputable issue as the worlds that don't believe in it would raise their voice in protest and state that should it be done to the one then same applies to the other.
How possible is it to appeal to a boy without feeling forced to be clean? How logical is it to circumcise a girl and leave her cold and embarrassed for life with the results in having no indicator that she needs to go to the toilet only to serve the need for security of those who are insecure in their own manhood?
The disputes will rise and loose on moral grounds. It has nothing to do with ethics "personal beliefs". Is it ethical to apply rules to one party and leave the other loose free? Everyone is free to choose but on an individual level. Personally I think is ok for boys and not ok for girls and not because I am female. No parent has the right to dictate the future of their child regardless of the sex, no nation has the right to choose for an individual their paths but we also know that actions of certain individuals must be reviewed to bring sense to their desires as it may hurt others in return for self gratis. Everyone has the right to desire for themselves what insults their dignity.
