Considering that there are loads of useful materials of knowledge on YouTube in foreign language cant there be an automatic voice to text subtitle development encoding be programmed if voice translation needs to be done for viewers? I understand that it creates jobs for translators to leave it as is but with the rate at which that knowledge is produced it would make sense to have one. I use dragon software for putting text to voice and loads of other apps, but why not?
