Can one be nice to everyone without lying to some?

This is something I had noticed recently, pathological liars never step on anyone's feet but people around them get in trouble and they are always clean!

Can one be nice to everyone without lying to some? Sure just don't get into deep, keep it superficial. I am not a nice person and no one gets in trouble around me. Conflict of interests is the very reason why people get in trouble. They have no boundaries.
