Negatives are perspectives not criticisms!Mentors should provide perspectives to situations however the effectiveness of implementation is up to the choice of actions. Some mentors are accused of misdirecting people who are under their care, if one looked closer they may see they weren't Guardians.
A mentor isn't a guardian. Mentors keep what is there, guardians see what isn't obvious. Things as they are isn't what can be.
