Why do some people believe that they were "born" intelligent but conventional education "ruined" them? It helps an individual if before they get into defining their career to define themselves first as the social order would define them. A career is a tool for projecting your personality i.e a writer is a researcher but a researcher may not become a writer. To write takes talent/passion to express, to research is duty. "There is only one of you! You are special!"
