Why do people fall in love for the wrong reasons?

There is nothing like the wrong reasons only incompatible reasons. If one falls in love its because they maybe there for their right reasons? Are we in love with ourselves rather than loving someone? It sure takes time to "To Love" and a moment to "fall in love". "To Love" isn't the same as "to be in  love". To love someone is a sacrifice, to be is pleasure.
