Speaking and talking has a distinction, to complain is easy how about explaining? The talking part is often considered nagging whereas to those who like to hear someone's point of view and can accept that that's how they think can often find a connecting or reference point to draw attention to the consequences. Most men like words so why be surprised when the woman keeps quiet "stops asking permission or seeking approval" and acts based on what signals the men are passing. There are managers who like to play games with people by assuming they are dull, I have seen here where apartheid has created a culture in a group of people where behind their back they switch authentic products for fake or in the service industry submit underhanded materials which leads a business into bankruptcy and eventually an economy collapses, and please don't tell me it isn't so because when you box people to a level where to survive can mean killing someone for a penny what do you expect? Does it really pay in the end not to care for those who work to feed their family and in many cases one person works for 3 families at a time. Same it is with governments that take for granted their people.
I am a care taker by nature and deliberately stand firm on that method, should I have staff or partners that think in the hit and run manner I simply boot them out. I don't think people are dumb I explain even if I look daft in their perspective. The business that I am in is a socioeconomic enterprise which embraces communal and capital generating aspects through creating and enhancing people and businesses be it on a social or private level and sometimes that demands drastic measures.
By the way i read somewhere a company method of management was such that rather than retrenching staff they reduce the income of the top level management in order to regroup and then they get back to normal, this creates a loyalty level where everyone is responsible.

I have travelled a lot to various cultures and in trains most times I have conversations with people, in one of my trips to Amsterdam I faced an incident where a Dutch chap sat on my seat without any form of apology and even proceeded to speak in an underhanded manner, pointing that I should go where he directs, I didn't mind and sat on the next seat, opened my laptop and put on my music as low as possible as I didn't have my ear phones with me, only for the same person to rudely tell me to put off my music, I didn't object but that left a nasty impression on what I have come to know about the Dutch and sincerely not surprised when even the partners of peter showed same disrespect in my home. Maybe many Dutch people would hate to have such an image globally but in view of how they manage their colonies I am left with no other impression on them generally even if I have only 2 people who I have come to know as pleasant beings. Sad but the disdain is evident even in the lifestyle imprinted on the black and coloured South Africans. Sad sad sad. Sometimes i think it could be lack of confidence or guilt for the historical image or worse a total disregard to life and people, maybe Africans are also at fault for giving an impression that we are not worthy to be treated humanly for our lack of self assertiveness. Same reason i am as obstinate, they teach well how to fight back in same regard.

About 2 years prior when I just came in with them at the park behind the building where we lived, I was with them on the swings only for a black kid to walk up to the kids playing and voices out treats, the kids were afraid and men who were placed there for security stood watching, mothers were around and neither of them could move, what's left to do in such a case, where kids are frightened to death. Would I sit as a mother to allow my kids and others to be inhibited by lousy youth by lousy parents? Yes I laid the chap on his back and he left with a bruise. My question is, is this the Dutch way? Is it appropriate for adults to invite themselves as friends only to deceive and think they can get away just because I am a woman?
Now the state wants me to take my kids into a refugee camp for asylum as I went through, anyone can subject me but not my kids. The violence and abuse of desperate men when will it end? Do I have to become an abuser for people to know how to think? Just as bloody as the scenes look so it feels to a person when torn by abusers and liars who affect people.
Do indigenous people think that because foreigners have nowhere to run to that they can exhibit such acts as xenophobia? Well I guess if the rulers in Nigeria don't need their men then why have the embassies? Why lure our boys with fictitious marriage contracts in reverse showing that their own men are weak and lazy then trap them into crime by providing no jobs. Nigeria is that what your men are worth? Just because there is no adequate education does not mean that Nigerian men are disposable into crime as alternative methods for earning a living that people perpetrate.

Right "manners" can produce bad results in the wrong circumstances or situations because the intention "principles" persons hold. Let's take for instance a situation where a woman walks into the home of her son, by etiquette prior sets an appointment for lunch with his wife, while on the phone sounds polite ignores the fact that prior she had shown what a bigot she is, the person "wife" on the other end says "do please come around", in return being polite because of her husband, at the back of her mind she knows who she is dealing with but gives regards to her age and the status she holds in her sons life, should the mother presume that because she is the mother that in the house of her son she can do and say whatever she likes by that has compromised her son in the eyes of the wife. They sit at the table and the wife serves, then she takes her place serves herself after serving others and proceeds to have her lunch, in the mean time everyone is dead silent and that silence is an indicator that the reason the mother Inlaw appeared wasn't in good will, she came to check not to enjoy her time as she presupposed over the phone, so what does the wife do? She acts as she should in her own home and left her husband and his mother to their own demise. There you have a simple depiction of what karma is like. People who are clustered can barely see what awaits. Everything has its place and time and there are those who are spiritually sent to get rid of violators.
Someone can wish to do this or do that, if the circumstances are wrong "desirable" it comes through, despite the odds the universe has a way of appropriating tasks and rewards, if in conjunction with other parties always check the facts, usually that's where even the wise get caught, what makes people think that there is no payback for actions? Carnal minds eventually mislead themselves into the trap they create for those who they envy. How accurate is an information that someone is given? What's the source? Wouldn't it make sense to try than make insinuations? How about their minds leads them to see an incomplete information that is all there? lets take a simple example like the scriptures in the bible. Why will 2 people read one and the same thing yet for one it doesn't produce results but for the other it does? don't you have the same eyes, possess the same language yet there is a difference? Where is the difference? State of heart?
Karma in simple terms is a view on the sequence of events that leads to a result. people? Do they really matter when referencing to an individuals perspective on a situation that they maybe going through? in specific how events reflect globally is only shown to certain individuals who are entrusted to hold the secrets of times and who have made the decision to remain loyal regardless of anyone. People who are able to predict or foresee are given an enormous responsibility for lives of a people be it family or a nation. Assumptions are not allowed for these individuals, should they be given fictitious information they can still see through it, lying to them is pointless. Individualistic "Self minded" persons often miss the obvious signs. There is a difference between being individualistic and being an individual even if there is a silver lining between these words. Sometimes i get frustrated with the lack of simple words to explain the dynamics of what i see.

Confidence is quite fleeting as it mostly depends on the emotional state of a person about themselves, ask how they feel about their purpose in life, there are people who don't have all the money in the world or the best perceivably looking girl or boyfriend. The personalities we surround ourselves with can either lift or push us down, confidence is also an act of making decisions, be it on chores or in difficult moments. Those who surrender their identity to others tend to depend on others notion of themselves.
Those who care often find avenues for exhibiting that affection towards others be it family or colleagues. Selfish people tend to be needy. Those who know how or to rightly put who are willing to collaborate often know how to approach a topic or person during or throughout in conversations. Sometimes I wonder weather people confuse confidence with putting up a demeanour; with a strong face with rude/ignorant actions that is void of experience, claiming another's story as theirs yet when put to test end up loosing for not being able to defend their position through provable facts.
When it is said the meek inherit the earth doesn't it mean those who have been through life can bring solutions? I suppose in the world of dishonourable men imposing on another their rule is what counts until their own arrogance brings them down to earth. What's the point in putting up an image yet the men who surround you can't vouch for your integrity. No one is perfect and it's those imperfections that makes the difference, to hide your imperfections is to lie, if men want to see the bright side of life the ugly needs to be shown. What is ugly? I don't know, I don't care to know.
I guess in a world of wise men all are deemed crooks? Better to be notorious than in the ditch, how about that.
