Some would disagree with what I do however it makes them better so who is worried for my identity? I am not worried because my aim isn't for me, I am not selfish, I am worried for those who in the process of not knowing who they are are taking their drama out on someone who was there. I worried for them because they didn't know what they were doing to cause what they see today.
To take life out of someone to have a life is to create peace, why complain when a payback happens? I am not happy, I am miserable when I have to punish people for their bad behaviour, to be a doormat is to allow people constantly getting away with crap, you use it back to fertilise the soil. To be a doormat in business is to do the same thing over and over again, on another side in business repetition sharpens your skills it solidifies and creates patterns. What's a format/mode of operandi? People are forgetful just as steel gets rusty when not lubricated. Remoulding myself, polishing my weak points, enhancing my strengths by specifying theories and practises for creating varying solutions. Steel is moulded into a shape through fire, hammering and dunking in to water. No one likes it but hey it's helping others even if it's my pain.

You all may say go to a therapist, well what if the therapist can't comprehend or is paid to be devious in order to pacify someone into submitting? There is no healing in that, it's only a ticking bomb when people try to manipulate their way from paying/admitting by admiring themselves, it's selfish to hurt someone and run, face those who hurt you than transferring it to another. Everyone should fry in the same pot and find the solutions.

People that aren't liked for having what others can't measure up to are also labelled as jerks, the only thing that differentiates them is the results not often the actions.
People are often intimidated by assertive people so there you have it. Boys that are pressured to behave in family settings often take it out in environments where they can't be seen, unfortunately sometimes they get caught. If someone asserts themselves against another then that's an assertive jerk, people who do their own thing or in collaboration with others are kind but that doesn't mean that they can't be jerks either. Nice is an etiquette, jerk is a consistent behavioural pattern, being too good has its downside, I would reference to the cartoon Aladdin where the Ginni is playing chess with the rug and says "I can't believe I am loosing to a rug" to balance is to negotiate between impulses and reactions, in example; you could dislike someone but you can choose to treat them as humanly as possible, but if you cross the line I'll Buck up assertion is active duty towards self or for others that's a way to identify who you with to a degree but not a certain fact as circumstances also influence reactions. Jerks usually hurt people by going personal, People as a rule are considered bad judges of character and that implies not just to cases where someone looses out but in reference to self as well, they may not have an identity/picture of self and are waiting for others approval which is an evaluation, it's healthy to ask once in a life time but people always get that feedback weather they ask or not, how someone responds to you also indicates who they are or what they think of themselves which is why to judge someone on an action would be too hasty, one blunder is fine, 2 is questionable, 3 it means you clearly have no clue.

When people are forced into making decisions they usually make hasty conclusions, to be invited into someones life and being jerked around especially when one has been through it before can be very traumatic, what's worse it's for those who don't have any family at all, and have kids who depend on their emotional stability. In business it is referenced to priorities, priorities are a set of things that you identify to reach your goal.
Having an Identity also makes people feel joy. Someone who isn't happy about someone finding happiness without them will often project their displeasure as it shows that one was incapacitated while with them.
Some would disagree with what I do however it makes them better so who is worried for my identity? I am not worried because my aim isn't for me, I am not selfish, I am worried for those who in the process of not knowing who they are are taking their drama out on someone who was there. I worried for them because they didn't know what they were doing to cause what they see today.
To take life out of someone to have a life is to create peace, why complain when a payback happens? I am not happy, I am miserable when I have to punish people for their bad behaviour, to be a doormat is to allow people constantly getting away with crap, you use it back to fertilise the soil. To be a doormat in business is to do the same thing over and over again, on another side in business repetition sharpens your skills it solidifies and creates patterns. What's a format/mode of operandi? People are forgetful just as steel gets rusty when not lubricated. Remoulding myself, polishing my weak points, enhancing my strengths by specifying theories and practises for creating varying solutions. Steel is moulded into a shape through fire, hammering and dunking in to water. No one likes it but hey it's helping others even if it's my pain.
Would people prefer that I become an addict just to cover up the bad deeds of men? That's wicked on behalf of those who are afraid either because they are doing it themselves or scared it may happen to them. Fear makes people hide, for not wanting to know does that remove the probability that it may not happen to you? When it's said my people perish for lack of knowledge is because no one informs them of what was and what may be. History is full of information but the facts are hidden simply because communicating them invites scorn from ungrateful people.
What was Ubuntu? Did admitting the wrong doings of those who thrived in apartheid on people's souls not spare the rest generation from the wrath that could have been inflicted in return for the oppression? If everyone is right then things get perpetrated, has the society healed? or has it changed the society into crime, drugs and violence? Who got away with murder? Is it those who are on top or those who are in desolate situations today? The older generation may have fought for their freedom but the youth is packed with attitudes that is taking advantage of them for taking in unprocessed emotions from their parents.
Look at Russia as well after the communist era, what did it take for people to reemerge from that mental frame? Crime also increased, hell abided on the streets, what are skinheads? Angry disillusioned youth, same in America and look at NIGERIA after the military regime. Why cover up only to go back or worse end up in the gutter? Solutions don't come up when facts are hidden. There are certain things I don't discuss because I have overcame them simply because justice had been served right then and then, now I don't feel justice had been served, my being quiet, him perpetrating created even more problems. You all may say go to a therapist, well what if the therapist can't comprehend or is paid to be devious in order to pacify someone into submitting? There is no healing in that, it's only a ticking bomb when people try to manipulate their way from paying/admitting by admiring themselves, it's selfish to hurt someone and run, face those who hurt you than transferring it to another. Everyone should fry in the same pot and find the solutions.
Happiness is not joy, it's a deluded state of mind into believing that everything will be ok without effort, hell no it will not be alright, it will be wrong if nothing is done. Fuck image if your life and a country is in tartars, you use foreigners to sort out your deficiencies? You pay the price for others hiccups, that's favouring/pleasing people who took advantage and still want to take advantage of you. Fight for your sanity and life back in same way, people who hold you down, systems that hold you down must be shattered, that's a revolutionary, Mandela did not sit idle and quiet, He fought back and then negotiated. This is about as simplistic as one can bring to this topic. I am always on a soul plane so for me EQ is not an issue to handle, I am more likely to piss people off because I am ice cold and I don't hold attachments to things, to care for others develops a high EQ. In this case an array of actions are used to reach objectives in grouping people together whereas those with high IQ are likely to divide people because they lack that EQ level needed in collaborating. People with high IQ are often self centred, they often take things personal, in effect that creates turmoil within them which they can't control.

My issues are as a result that I make conscious deliberate actions to either fight or avoid situations. For all it is I can keep quiet and watch people rot in their own mindlessness. In leadership there are two set of orientations that happen, and this revolves around what principles a person holds. What brings out anger emotions, being told what to do without providing no support, those who have failed to support you over the years should be the least people in passing statements on how one should behave, if you see someone struggling and you know you are the cause of it it's best to just move out of the way. There is a tendency for those who hurt others to pass advice as a coverup for their deeds and when someone knows who has caused damage the least thing they want to do is hear their voice or see them.
When someone has pulled through a situation and you receive patronising comments that can trigger resentment. I can be pissed but seldom angry, if telling people about what they had done is considered anger/jealousy then it would be good to clear the air about an issue than taking out on an innocent party the frustration gotten from another. When someone is said to be angry it means the accuser has been angered not that you had done anything wrong but your action may have triggered unknowingly a memory. Repressed experiences can lead and mostly based on shame or undue blame. When someone raises their voice it means one had been irritated or hurt to a point where it can no longer be hidden. When I realised that I started shouting at peter I simply moved out of the bedroom and then out of the marriage. Generally I am a happy person and if I am around people who create those issues I simply end it.
There are those who are named trolls, what is trolling? Con - troll, it's persons who seek in someone gain for their own, they usually rip apart everything dear to someone and in return they also make you pay the price for the mistake in trusting, so that can pretty much damage a persons psyche if they aren't strong enough, why are there mad people running on the streets? That's the roaring lion who has lost everything that was worth keeping, so in return instead of healing themselves they go about hurting others.
