This is why political parties exist; a group of people who have outlined an executive plan for a nations development and growth projections, however what can derail those plans is the willingness of its people to follow, as well as lead themselves. If a government is busy micromanaging people then that growth is delayed and not only by the government but the people are responsible.

I doubt that anyone will rejoice when told that should they not want to grow that the result is often not what people desire. It isn't for nothing when it is said "An idle mind is the devils workshop" in economic terms this would mean "an ignorant people can seldom produce something worthwhile."
Now the only way not to breach civil rights in return for industrialisation as a growth platform is to consider the time for labour works and values "skills" that people should possess. This orientation comes from the perspective of family rights as well as consideration to the single persons who still need to have a life outside of work. I had worked in establishments for 12 hrs a day and that wasn't a burden to me because I had a goal but 3 years within that establishment was enough. He started drinking heavily which compromised his ability to think rationally and he was in and out of duels which finally brought him to his demise.

In the bio read up on him and his work it is said that his work revolved around phenomenology "to feel and to experience oneself in every point of its being," ie meaning that putting oneself through desired experiences teaches one to understand the truth" considering that to translate someone's work from one cultural understanding to another as well as teaching his followers to implement it the way he viewed his philosophy gets lost in translation, this is why certain theories get screwed. Also consider another aspect that those who understood his philosophy would approach it from a different angle and the true meaning of his theory also gets screwed. To sustain an image of an upright scholar its is dangerous to teach others the methods of ones practice without first screening their moral and ethical stand towards life and people.

As much as I am a rebel I do not totally eradicate the concept of examining people. Theories exist for expansiating on a thought through theorising more and practising the thought to find the results for another level of theory to surface. Looking at why the students are dissatisfied with exams is in direct relation to the practicians of theories in schools/universities then and today. The group in question is voicing out their displeasure with the manner with which they are handled by the teachers but the result is that it is backfiring at the founders of the theoretical practice but no one is questioning the followers or translators of his theories into practice.
To teach is to put someone through an experience either in thought or practice but what is going on is that they are being shoved with information that they can't relate to or often isn't used or may not be practiced due to circumstantial events. Again I say the curriculums of then do not entirely fit into what is going on now. Technology has changed a lot of things and this begs to review the theories that are being given.
To test or to examine someone would be more positively accepted and conducted if practice is done first, then using the former developed theory to bridge the gap for knowledge to establish itself customary "customised to individual demands" within every individual or we will all continue to swim in nonsense and currently existing chaos.

I feel the problem with our movie industry is that those who write, write from their minds not heart. Our actors are boxed in that frame therefore can't let the emotions brew to project, there is no sultriness or subtle expression, its over the top. When little research is done, the story lines remain mundane and repetitive.
Africans have been so desensitised that most don't even know who they are any more. Money is cherished over creativity, when we look at ourselves in the mirror we look at what haircut or shades to put on rather than ask "what should i do today to make someone feel better." Colonialism only worsened the already existing violent disposition that nature carved the black man to be and few black men fought against it or were murdered by the vultures. Harsh environments breeds harsh people.
When one holds an african man one feels no passion from within and an emptiness after an act, why would our women submit to such theft. Our women have shut down their hearts and minds. I can't fathom something about the behavioural patterns of most men who work with or for women. If I was a guy I probably wouldn't have to turn into a bully, the physical presence of a guy around sure makes other men think twice before attempting any nonsense. This prelude is as a result of an experience I had about 2 weeks ago and would help some women to know what they may have to deal with.
Why would an independent contractor who was paid 60% of the money to start think that he can submit an unfinished job to a lady and think she should be happy?
I had been fixing my garage. Before granting the work to commence, I asked him for the invoice then told him I will go to make a price survey to compare. He was informed and expressed no issue with it. On considering that his cost was lower, I didn't argue with him to reduce his cost for materials and labour. During the course of the job I started noticing him trying to wiggle his way out of proper submission but was demanding for full pay before he completes. At start I asked him politely then seeing his blatant disrespect I turned around and became difficult/bitchy in order for him to realise that my smiling at start shouldn't be taken as being soft.
In managing people I don't see the need to be a dog but when they ride on it I become a wolf. Don't men realise that I have hard men in my family who would whoop me for being soft because I choose to be kind? As much as I don't give a rats about how satisfied they are with my performance it also disturbs me and I am willing to give them a hard run in return. :) Maybe what didn't help him was that I worked for 2 years at Strabag and with Germans. It sure sucks to be a contractor to an educated person. There are standards there that one needs to be aware of. During the period of my working, I had seen what turns a perfectly good plan into crap.
Ministers of works and housing reps would slice down the initial design into half the standard and size to keep in their pockets, then the company pays the price by being called substandard without a thought to a fact that if they don't agree to the ministries demands they wouldn't be awarded the next allocation. GB company still does works. Why' is there no healthy competitive market in Africa? Don't we realise that without competition the economy becomes dull? Engineering and architectural students have no jobs and are in bank booths crying away while simple constructive ideas are needed to fuel tourism etc and retainer-ship for the entertainment industry to flourish. Entertainment is for most part a youth based environment with the same engineers supporting it from the tech side. I mean come on people where is the benefit to monopoly and education being corrupted?

The construction industry is about developing and maintenance "trying to be simplistic here." Women handle the maintenance and the guys the rough works, as a lot of men seldom understand what overall aesthetics "comfort" is all about. Why? Most Men have short attention span, most women are diligent and meticulous. 😎 First of all to maintain is to brand a piece and considering the cost of materials and time due to space allocation.
Construction Cleanup service, that's how the idea was identified initially. For equal opportunities to arise there is a need for division of labour and not from the stand point of what women and men can or can not do. After all I have met men who can't or don't want to fix bulbs and women who enjoy doing woodworks.
We need roads but it doesn't have to be tarred only, this can be done using stones and bricks from the earth moving that takes place during big construction projects, which on the long run is easier to maintain in reference to replacing potholes than wasting time getting the paving equipments. Of course I understand that to design and construct isn't a days job but for now maintenance culture needs to be imbedded and students need to go to the fields of future works in areas where "maintenance" is needed and start analysing and developing solutions, just like we do by breaking down ideas and after identifying locations that need the concepts.
So should one start by helping home based cleanups of rubble then progress to the cites because hey in construction there are opportunities, as left overs from previous jobs/projects are recycled for new designs.
As Africans we are terrible with maintenance and those who get into a territory get affected by that attitude. Those who weren't previously inattentive become like us too, unless we don't mind being called names by those who think they are smarter.
Recycling of construction based leftovers is a mess too. Most small construction companies don't have employees to handle delivery demands. They only get casual labour when they get a contract and that'll be it. Some are not even office based. How to help them? The government could have a network of workers that are released when needed. This way a small unit of educated youth can hire a set team of specialised workforce instead of the government giving finance allocations that may take time for them to get to work immediately. It's ridiculous that a government doesn't have a census of different professionals in any area of specialty that can be called when needed. Isn't that what a university is? Do "leaders" measure people based on head count or should they be counting and measuring the professionals they have?
For the most part In Africa we build our own houses and we don't have an organised method for it. I have no problem with building my own house or space but the industry ministries shouldn't be bugging me with approvals but be called to site to guide me rather than looking for what to do themselves out of my needs.
Construction is about materials, labour and planning so having a permanent office isn't always a wise option, maybe helping out by having containers that are rented for the duration of the project sounds more sensible? Offices made of containers? Or easily mountable solutions? Those who are into shipping have access to containers and can offer them under lease when shopping season is on standstill. Considering that now with trade being inconsistent as before loads of containers are empty. There are flats made out of containers so to make a mobile office isn't a new thing. Earlier we had mentioned trailers.
Knowing basics in IT helps structuring and Organising skills to develop, just as doctors are also good at building houses because they understand the principles of structure based on the knowledge of the body structure, they may need project management orientation should there be a need to ease the bottle neck in the medical industry. Medical based students also work on construction sites should there be any injuries as well as security services are needed in hard core areas.

Sometimes I question these policies of equal opportunity employment structures that are being enforced. Having companies obligated into employing people into jobs that they don't fancy or have no disposition towards is counterproductive for the business even if it somewhat seems to eliminate the underemployment rate, it can also cripple a company. Spending time dealing with moods as a result of a person working because they have to in a particular area, because that's the only opportunity presented, wears the employers out of even wanting to be in the business.

Sabbath also represents the act of reflection/preparation on actions taken or to be taken during the/a time frame. I prefer to have sabbaths/plan at nights to be prepared for the next day.
After church you will still have to rip what was previously sown/facing reality of actions taken, unless you enter the house of the Lord with a clean conscience. The thoughts and deeds with which we enter the house of God is the reply that we leave with. Pastors are supposed to be the vessels that receive the messages based on what people need at a time to help by informing on what to do before or next.

Tomorrow tell me why they can't connect to your experiences "forgive us our trespasses". Total crap "as we forgive those who trespass against us." Pastors should have dreadlocks even if they look clean shaven "give us our daily bread." To take care of dreads is expensive/time consuming. Wear fashion clothing if you like, it feels good to look good too and not because one needs to impress someone. I love my raziness it eases me from being trapped in imagery/idolisation.
When I go to a place of worship and I see how many people are asking in voice for jobs, healing etc, I can't sit and sing for a salvation that had been given yet needs to be shared. Giving tithes isn't just in physical cash but in anything that one possesses and willingly gives as a gift or earned for practising a gift. And it isn't restricted to a type of environment. If a pastor considers money as the only thing that his or her church requires alone then to me they have lost out on a greater offering.
To be Holly is to be at peace with oneself and hopefully at points with others that surround you, be it a person or profession/calling.

Most Men and Women are finding it hard to be content in the now and building according to self measured steps, projecting towards tomorrow because they are constantly competing with the shadows created by childhood and per-pressure zones that hadn't been healed and then results in taking the pressures out on others. It is said that children carry the burdens/sins of their parents but only when they do not partway with the ways of their fathers. Who you imitate and follow is who you become likened to.
For most it is difficult to detach themselves as the social order questions a child or a young person for wanting to leave an environment or parental home, the economic system within the underdeveloped countries subjects people to cluster and only a few fight those chains it's less in the developed worlds.
Why do people question "interfere" into decisions that an individual makes in fighting for their freedom or liberties? Greed is the the reason, everyone wants to know why a place that is likened to them someone else doesn't want to be in it, "did they find something or someone better? hence you see in some people's lives a friend would sway a friend from being with someone in specific if they hadn't found one to move on with.
Mothers hold back their sons because they don't want to be left alone even if they still have a living in spouse. Tell me if someone is happy would they fight the happiness of another? It's a terrible thing that is going on in families, religions and in economics, most are selfish and only charitable when they have found charity themselves.
I think we need to make a distinction between being exposed and naked!
Exposed is vulnerable emotions, naked is confident strength. You could be dressed up in a turtle neck and still be under scrutiny, while sexy and attract no hell. if the reason you wear tight dress is to impress rather than being who you truly are naked, then whats the point, just put a sign on your 4head "i need a Shag" :)
