In Africa today if we are unable to give facilities for youth to learn about the world and themselves, then we have failed another generation. All i know today i didnt study in university but by challenging myself for my own self discovery. I know about the world because i have discovered whats within me. No man is different from the other. What i can you can if you like what i like. All that differentiates us is our level of will to discover whats within. Our will is either dampened or supported by others. My confidence allows me to reach out to others and because i am confident, i am embracing of others. The more ignorant the world, the more violent it becomes because it feels hopeless.
These days people dont search for the truth. People study simply in order to find information necessary to make a living, rase their families or look after themselves, thats all. To them being wise is more important than being smart.
It is wise to cram what others did. It is smart to produce your own thing rather than follow another persons path that has been a million times ridden over. Many are stuck today in the past unable to move on to the future. Today we are telling ourselves that we cant move further than the men of the past. Look around the worlds economy, its on stands still, what does it tell?....We are standing at the edge/end of old stretched roads and we are afraid to push further.
I watched a film yesterday and it related to a mum moving the motion to change the old fashioned structure that didn't support her Dyslexic daughter and cos she herself was sidelined in school and now had to live in poverty because no one found a way to help her with her learning difficulty, she was even more fired up to change things. She had to face the Union who was more interested in the teachers rather than the student or the paying parent. I ask wouldn't the Job be much more secure if more options are available to kids? A quote said "Better schools better Neighbourhoods." Dosnt quality education increase quality of life and more job security for the Teachers?
I am a mum of a son who is Autistic, more towards being defined as an Aspergers kid, and i am hell bent to change the minds of people and the educational sector who measures everyone by one stick. My boy has talents that the ordinary "average kid" dosnt pick interest in. He does maths, and constructs models, has a voice and controls it in a way that amazes the adults that come across him. When you least expect him to embrace knowledge he creates even a new dimension to it, but he cant communicate it in voice yet, i am not giving up on him, and refuse for the system and systematic thinking individuals to rub him off having a full life.
I have had to battle with our daft educational system and the mindset of teachers, who if i wasnt informed by the assistant in the class that they put him at the back seat for months in a class of 30 kids i would have lost my son forever. This is what happens to many kids within the African environment. We are practising the Spartan way of life, yet we fail to research that although many cases are genetic, loads are also created by us the supposed heathy humans. Vaccines, and Antibiotics, Accidents "falling head down at a tender age" are playing a huge role in increasing the levels of cases registered, not counting that some kids are misdiagnosed to have learning deficiencies rather than trying the different learning styles that kids have.
We learn from movies "site", we learn from toughing/touching, we learn from words "hearing and reading" we even learn from the inner voice "Spiritually" our own unique way of processing ideas and projecting. A lot of geniuses are considered mad cos they dont think the way others think or do. My boy had shown the skill in using his left hand for writing and a teacher right in front of me forced him to use his right hand because she didn't know how to help him with his unique way. That day still angers me, because if one dosnt know that coordination of the brain is what makes you do what you do and if you switch forcefully someone from one physiology to the other, you are messing with his natural instincts. It is widely known that those who write with the left think with the right brain, and those with the right think with the left. Most left hand individuals are up the charts in Leadership in the world. Obama is One, do you wish i name most who are? You mess with someones uniqueness you are messing with their life. Fiddle on yourselves than others, a much more productive way at changing the world we live in. Our lack of acceptance of self is messing with our ability to accept the world. We are so used to being told that we are so blind to see when change is required. We are hurting others and in return ourselves.
This learning style problem dosnt just stop here but it also touches those who we consider disabled. We have accepted the notion that someone who is without a leg or an arm isnt capable, yet we dont think that someone without a heart is disabled.

The young are respectful of the elders who show them the ropes and the young will seek to fill in the loopholes left behind! I am yet to see any young person who wasn't grateful to the elders for protecting them from repeating their mistakes! We are born in sin because knowledge is hidden in guilt and shame of our fathers! If you were to be perfect you would have come with a manual tied to your umbilical cord! Own up and set the generations to come free!
The elderly are supposed to have mental and emotional strength because of their experience. Their battle wounds should be a pride that they survived but they throw valuable knowledge away in exchange for shame, feeling guilty that they failed to be perfect "an example without blemish." That's a myth, it is not possible to Plod-right the soul, succeed at surviving yet be clean! The young have endurance due to physical health but that don't make them strong, they will also tread that path of survival, will you reduce their scars?

It is perceived that those who have money have good values, hence they are blessed with riches in return for their personal "internal" wealth! Don't know how many will agree on riches meaning having good values especially in our days but there is some wisdom to " Ask and it shall be given unto you" If you treat yourself right you will be treated right! How ever what is right to one could be wrong to the other! Always know who you are dealing with or what you are working on! You get what you ask for, "be careful what you wish for, you just might get it" are you asking for what you didn't sow? You should also be ready to put in the work if you wish to be respected!
People would betray their own beliefs if it doesn't support their today. Your beliefs can betray you tomorrow because it has served it's purpose! Sometimes if not most times you have to accept that your beliefs today can't help your tomorrow! It doesn't mean you are unprincipled, it means you are aware that life is dynamic!
Loads of young people take for granted their future because they think they will always be young. The rich forget that they wouldn't always be rich, spending away rather than investing in the future! Bad investors invest in today! That's just banking, not venturing! Beliefs to hang on to are those that don't change but what doesn't change? Life doesn't change, lifestyle changes!
I have often wondered why people to an obvious need for change can't seem to embrace change! The lack of foresight due to a rigid mindset? Kids grow so easy because they have little fear or need for physical safety! They have such flexible minds "unpredictable" they do today what catches their attention, they don't wait to be paid before they do. They hold no grudge nor pain, they are not afraid of falling or loosing, they have no emotions! Of course they are also prone to being hurt and its often by same adults that are within and outside their lives who tell them that their mates are better than them or are cheating them but that don't mean they someday wouldn't let loose after they have had enough of the negativity! How are we bringing up our kids? To be rigid? Are we forcing them to believe in what we believe today and have them stuck in it? They belong to the future, not to your today! If I had my way I would separate kids from the adults, this also creates another set of issues!
"Pressure" When the heart can't accept giving up the brain starts seeking other solutions! A young heart that has accepted pressure either breaks or pushes back! Pressure is one agent that makes you change or submit. Communication "meditation" is a better agent to change than force "brainwashing". Everyone needs solitude "independent prayer/thinking"
People will find themselves at points in their life agreeing to some principles that oppose what they used to believe! That don't make them hypocrites even if their family, friends and foes can't change their minds of them! That's their business! What operating system are you using? Windows or mac? Buddhism prepared "incubated me," made me aware of myself and Christianity & Islam showed me the away of people! Islam thought me you have a right to protect yourself from the world that thinks it owns you! It is that middle finger to the world of greedy men! Buddhism doesn't show you the middle finger but be aware that that is what is on my mind; when with a smile i deal with someone who thinks they know better what works for me! Assassinators of character! Mental strength is what I needed because a lot of people took my kindness to mean I am stupid! Christianity gave me the words to use to express what I see! I see it as a social expression of faith! Buddhism is my inner expression! That's why it doesn't feel intrusive when around me! Christianity and Islam is intrusive. There is quite a misconception about women, as well as of men in leadership! There is a difference between women who have been identified as potential leaders from women who are back at home!
When men sit to compare women who come out to leadership with the one they grew up to know at home, they often express subjective emotions! The fights you have with your sister and girlfriend or the complaints you hear from your father towards your mother, are not reasons to label all women to be unreasonable or incapable! Men from Venus and Women from Mars exist, just as Men from Mars and Women from Venus! Nature and Nurture brings up Leaders!
A well managed home is the crown of a woman. Given the evidence of the lifestyle men live (allow me to generalise "subjective assessment" to make my point clear). Looking at what the African woman who sits at the market place selling food based products and services has to go through in bringing up her kids in comparison to the men who are selling electronics, I believe women have placed themselves in the position of leadership in the family! She has to put up with crap by bringing up kids from the other men that her man has had in his pursuit of self esteem. She is likely if she has a heart to run the home with care and consideration to all!
A friend of mine did state that on an average a woman when having finance, would buy her kid a shoe than herself and a man is likely to drain his money entertaining his pals at a bar! Most average gals listen to the airing of promise by men, perceived as easily swayed to see a point of view! A Gal is not a woman, be she divorced or married, once you get to a position of leadership of a particular level, have had her fair share of knowledge of men, you become softly hardened if not rock like! There is a reason some of our African leaders use women as bodyguards!
I am not saying that our men arnt hard working, that's in comparison to other African men I have had the pleasure of visiting but the African woman's hardship is evident everywhere! I have often wondered why more African women aren't rising to take the position of leadership! Are they being grounded too much and don't see the point in rising their heads especially when it comes to policies that affect women directly!?
If going by the point in Proverbs of the virtuous woman, I think women generally all over the world are not to give in to the bad policies made that don't support them having a breather! As well as they are suffering from the wages of war in being raped and losing their kids to wars created by men who like to play god! Men if you don't want your child to die because some other man desires' to go into another mans war, best that there be women in government to give a hala back scream! Yes there are also women who are blood thirsty but very very rare!
In looking at countries that are Matriarchal and are run by women, we have seen a lot to peace even if some wouldn't record visible progress! Ghana is one of them. Being in a Matriarchal system dosnt emancipate men, England is another example. Women bring stability in times when chaos has eroded the science of life! A woman by nature even if she has no nurture is homely and that means she has a nature given skill to negotiate peace and stability!
Many men don't see women as objective creatures and many women see men as subjective creatures! To win elections one has to look objective but does that mean when decisions need to be made someone is not going to loose? Men forget that most decisions concerning a country revolves around supporting family values not counting people! If there are no women in governance there will be no faith and with faith comes stability and growth! I don't think people especially men are seeing this objectively, just because one woman decides to get into leadership does not mean the whole government is going to be made of women! We need balance in everything and that means female and male hormone is required everywhere! Nature has created it such that men have female and male hormones and women have same, it's just that in male there is more male and in female there is more female!
I am the sort of woman who has more male hormone than in most women. I am tall, broad shouldered, and have a moustache that i wax once in a while but that doesn't make me a man, I have had more male influence in my life than female and hence I don't think like most "women" do! In some areas I can give more men a run for their wit and in some cases I am likely to loose to women when it comes to fashion sense! If you do see Hillary Clinton and Thatcher and other women of their kind you will see that being a woman is only on the physical level, the mind set is totally different and even they don't make decision alone, there are always men around.
Girls need women who they could look up to. I doubt that all men enjoy keeping women dull and daft, sincerely some men see it beneath them to have a housewife and I know men who enjoy making a rug out of their wife for self gratis! My father and men in the family weren't one, so I don't have the mind and heart to expect any less from any man! My brother is also proud to have a sister who doesn't sit on his neck even if he helps her out! When I hear men who wine about a gal whooping them at their game, I see a wimp and it is scary that he may be given a position of leadership because I want a champion to champion me to enjoy life to its fullest, it is my God given right!

If I should make an analogy in defining people as vampires, werwolf's and preys, this way I will be able to define what and where the problems start!

Pardon me for sounding arrogant but even I know that with all my abilities, I am not good for some if not many!
If in the first 6 months of my being around them, we both haven't grown then it is over for me because that is an indication that the individual isnt present in body, mind and soul in the building. There are those who you will reveal your intentions for life and you start having one fall after the other. This to me says I have met a blood sucker! If people believe in spirituality they will understand what effect the energy of people they have near them affects what happens around them! Maybe this is what Christians call "unequally yoked?" You could both be Christians yet your spirits "values, interests, strengths" are not aligned!
If he can accept that you have a dream and has a thought to offer then there is a connection! If his family, friends are intimidated by your strength then know it is a no go area as you will always have intruders; these I label as werwolf's'. They tear everything down regardless of your efforts! Ego is just an indicator of no interest in your person and life! If you like someone you will be first to say "hi I am here" before being asked! If a gal or a guy isn't interested in you they wouldn't ask "interested in what you do" nor offer "a thought suggesting a solution/proposition," because they can't have you grow faster or greater than them. If relationship/marriage is defined as an alliance then both need their feet on the ground and not fall prey!

We in Africa have been made to believe teachers are gods, so it is likely that no one wants to bring themselves to question their practices and the methods of educating. If i don't question my supposed elders, it means i am ok with what they have created. Is God intimidated by us questioning his existence? No! Life is not intimidated by us but we are intimidated of Life because we know very little of it and we dont search for its truths so we end up vulnerable to it and its seasons. If seasons change why shouldn't our views change? Education is supposed to create channels for change. How can change come if we stifle the individuals within the educational system and box the teachers in keeping old as new? Why do we send children to schools where the direction of its practices curb the will to create? Our Elders think they know better and know it all and refuse to recreate with the young. How can one fill an already full cup? Whats worse is that even employers are now stranded with the lack of diverse minded employees coming out of these one-sided institutions.
What is a kid? Does our institution understand the difference between who they are working ON or who they should be working WITH? Are kids lab rabbits? Isn't the future about collaboration of all parties to establish a continuum? The concept of what a child is, is none existent because we are more interested in ourselves. We are supposed to be Christians, yet what we practice is what Jesus advised not to do.
"Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." Let the children know themselves and the world for the future belongs to them. Those who know nothing of themselves are easily manipulated. Was the goal to breed slaves?

We are very much practising the Spartan way of life, yet we fail to research that although many cases are genetic, loads are also created by us the supposed heathy humans. Vaccines, and Antibiotics, Accidents "falling head down at a tender age are playing a huge role in increasing the levels of cases registered. Not counting that some kids are misdiagnosed to have learning deficiencies rather than trying the different learning styles that kids have.
We learn from movies "site", we learn from toughing "touch", we learn from words "hearing and reading" we even learn from the inner voice "Spiritually" our own unique way from processing ideas and projecting. A lot of geniuses are considered mad because they dont think the way others think or do. My boy had shown the skill in using his left hand for writing and a teacher right in front of me forced him to use his right hand because she didnt know how to help him with his unique way. That day still angers me, because she wasn't educated that the coordination of the brain is what makes you do what you do. If you switch forcefully someone from one physiology to the other you are messing with his natural instincts. It is widely known that those who write\right with the right think with the left brain, and those with the left think with the right. Most left handed individuals are up the charts in Leadership in the world. Obama is One, do you wish i name most who are? You mess with someones uniqueness you are messing with their life. Fiddle on yourselves than others, a much more productive way at changing the world we live in. Our lack of acceptance of self is messing with our ability to accept the world. We are so used to being told "brainwashed" that we are so blind to see when change is required. We are hurting others and ourselves in return. This learning style problem doesn't just stop here but it also touches those who we consider disabled. We have accepted the notion that someone who is without a leg or an arm isn't capable, yet we don't think that someone without a heart is disabled.

Do you feel I have? Or do you feel they have undermined their own positions? You sound like how dare me question the existence of God! Are men and teachers gods that one shouldn't question them? Besides's God isnt intimidated by men questioning his existence, in fact he has made himself invisible so that man questions him, and in pursuit he finds him!
Are we now saying that the failed educational system isn't partially of their "educators and their unions" own doing? Do we know what is going on in our schools and universities? Children are being flogged to death, because an ignorant teacher dosnt think/know that there are kids in his class that have a physically weak heart, or a teacher calls a child Olodo, yet the kid has Autism or ADHD and Dyslexia. Are our teachers trained on the concept of health and safety?
I am a firm believer that there is no excuse on this planet to mediocrity and especially for teachers who do not self educate themselves, to keep the standard of life and their jobs! Especially in this day and age where Wikipedia is on your phone, and an even better educator when you see right in front of you, an instant fact that the kid(s) isn't understanding something and you buff him(them) off as lazy! You the teacher is lazy! You the union who benefits from having manipulatable individuals to keep your own relevance and keep them subservient to corporations. Ignorant of a simple fact that "A world" that was rediscovered by the adults is being shoved down a child's or youths brain, and no one taking note that he cant comprehend because he isn't in part practising what he is reading! Come on ADULTS we need to increase our Emotional intelligence a bit which kids have in abundance and we should realise we are killing our own kids and kind!
Of course it isn't easy to educate a child, but children don't need to be thought what they already know, they know themselves while in school they are made to lose confidence in who they are through restricting what they can! They come out with no confidence, we adults have rubbed them off that confidence from start! A teacher standing over them with sticks and stones without a reason, who has been told by the system that kids are unruly and from day one she enters the classroom with an attitude!
A school or university is a ground "place" for a child's self and the worlds exploration, not a nazi camp where he is made from day one to feel unsafe, degraded by some adults perception of what is important because he himself (teacher) at home has been undermined by his wife and then he transferres the aggression, refusing to see that a kid is just a small adult and his duty is to help not force the human being using degrading numbers as score! Every F is an F to the teacher not the student. Schools were built for them as a second home, yet we are praising adults who come there to do what ever they like! How will they keep their job? Why should they get paid or respected when they release students one can't employ? I had the best teachers and the worst! The best thought me Character the worst tried to assassinate it, rather than show me what their subject was about!
C grade kids are employing A students today and come to think of it always had! Have you ever bothered to ask why? Academic intelligence makes for only 4% of d over-all human intelligence while 96% makes for emotional intelligence(human relations,etc). Consequently,being a genius in academics doz nt guarantee success in life.
If for me giving a child self confidence means I am undermining teachers and the unions who have failed to keep the standards of the teachers, I will not only undermine but assassinate the institution! and rebuild it back! I as a business person can't find a decent selection of graduates to employ using the grade standards of institutions, they come with attitudes that say "I am not confident because I don't know the answers to the job questions you have, but I have no choice, I have to survive, so I will put my certificate that I slept for with the lecturer, because mother and father told me to study law while I wanted to be a football player!
When the society assassinates the character of kids, its time for a tit for tat don't you think? Adults should never forget that schools were built for children and not for adults to exercise authority over kids who they have no authority over! Their job is to deliver excellence on their subject not interfere with the child or youths growth! Cant create magic to call the attention of your class, get out of the kitchen. Professions cant be thought unless they are willingly chosen. Talent is given to man by nature as a gift, and you ADULTs are not the one's to dictate what is relevant and what isn't. I am pro-child and his character and will assassinate anyone who is trying to assassinate them and their future.
If you say I should bring evidence look at the state of the country/continent and its people! What school did they all go through? You are suffering from the individuals who have been poorly educated in who they are and what is possible. We deserve the government we have, since we bread the leaders of tomorrow in the schools we have.

Religion didn't teach me to be kind and social, i was born with my soul this way and I was introduced "lived" to 3 of them before making my choice!
